Error codes and explanations:
The sous vide cooker will not turn on: Make sure the sous vide cooker is plugged.
E01: There is an open circuit in the temperature. Please seek our help.
E02: There is a short circuit in the temperature. Please seek our help.
E03: The water level drops below the MIN water level. Adjust the appliance to the right water level and appliance will work again normally.
E04: There is something wrong with the motor. Please seek our help.
